I live to play, connect, create, and be
As long as I’m doing any of these things, I’m already living the life I want.
Play – Like a jester, my open-minded, curious, and mischievous nature leads me to explore and find ways to play with the universe. Sometimes I get geeky about things too. When I play, I focus on making fun, and disrupting reality.
Connect – I enjoy connecting with people to build shared memories, culture, and possibilities together with my Lover energy. I like building a sense of support, safety, closeness, and belonging with people who share similar values and interests. This is all about making love, and bonding with reality.
Create – Isn’t it amazing to be able to imagine something and then make it a reality? I enjoy making things, and making things happen, like a Warrior. I want to make art, and create new reality.
Be – There are times where I remember that simply existing is enough, and I am one with the universe, like a Monk. In this state, I practise mindfulness and slowness, and allow rest to take place. By focusing on the now and accepting reality, I make time/space.
I’m a Singaporean
The ways I’m Singaporean:
- I can converse in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- I start missing noodles and soup (and sometimes rice) if I stop having them for a day. I also love diverse Southeast Asian flavours (ie. savoury, spicy, sour, sweet)
I’m highly resourceful
No matter how bad a situation may seem, I believe I can always find resources and ways to work with it.
